Association of Independent Insurance Agents, a Massachusetts consumer recently filed a complaint with the Massachusetts Division of Insurance against Progressive Insurance for running a credit score without his knowledge or permission. What was the response of the Mass. Division of Insurance? “As such, the Division of Insurance finds no wrongdoing on behalf of the insurance company.” (Massagent.com)
