Dear Barry and O’Connor Insurance Agency Customers,

Happy New Year! We hope this letter finds you doing well in this new year. The purpose of this letter is to welcome you as a new customer of Duffy Insurance Agency, introduce ourselves, and help answer some common questions that we are getting.

You may have heard that Barry and O’Connor and Duffy Insurance have recently merged effective January 2021. We have been long time business neighbors in Wyoma Square in Lynn and have decided to join together. You will continue to receive the same personalized service that you have grown accustomed to receiving over the years.

There is nothing that you need to do to have your policies transferred over to Duffy Insurance. Your insurance policy, policy number, and coverage will all remain in place with your current insurance company(s) which is most likely Arbella Insurance and/or the Massachusetts Fair Plan. The only thing that will change is the agent. So long as you continue to pay your bills, your coverage will remain in place. Please refer to the FAQs below.

You can continue to pay your insurance bills the same way you always have. Arbella has a convenient online bill pay platform which is available 24/7. You can call our Wyoma Square location at 781-593-1200 or any other Duffy Insurance location to pay your invoice by telephone. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, our offices are currently closed to non-employees.

Yes, your current Arbella policies have automatically transferred over to Duffy Insurance with the same policy number.  There is nothing that you need to do for your policy to change over.  Of course, you’ll need to continue to pay your invoices as they come due in order to maintain coverage.

You call our Wyoma Square Lynn office at 781-593-1200.  If you prefer, we also have other office locations that you can call for policy service.  Visit www.duffyins.com for a list of our locations.  We NEVER outsource our customer service.  So you will always get a local, friendly and familiar voice on the line when you call us.  Personalized service is our specialty!
