A Letter From Our President

As we celebrate 30 years of Duffy Insurance, I can’t help but reflect on how far we’ve come. What began in 1996 as a small four-person agency founded by my father has grown into an organization of 80 incredible team members. Along the way, we’ve faced our share of challenges — from losing major accounts in our earliest days, to navigating economic downturns, industry disruption, and the heartbreaking loss of my father in 2011. Through every obstacle, one thing remained constant: our resilience and commitment to the people we serve.

The success we celebrate today belongs to the remarkable team, family members, and partners who have helped build Duffy Insurance over the last three decades. From strategic acquisitions and periods of growth to adapting through COVID and beyond, we’ve continued to move forward together while staying true to the values on which this company was founded: personal service, strong relationships, and doing right by people. As we mark this milestone, I want to sincerely thank everyone who has been part of our journey. We’re proud of our past, grateful for our present, and excited for what comes next.
